Food

There is no successful program within Indian community, without delicious food. The RBC 2010 is no exception!! Tasty and fresh food is catered for all participants at reasonable prices ($10 per meal).

You can buy snacks at nominal price of $1.00 per item on Saturday July 17, 2010 between 4-6 PM.
 
Pizza will be available for children on 16th and 17th July between 7:30 - 8:30 PM for $5.00 per kid.


Food will be served at the Conference premises and on First Come First Serve basis. So please get your food coupons at the Food desk during registration to avoid rush.

Saturday July 17, 2010:  Lunch 12:30PM- 1:30PM; $10 per person
1. Jeera Rice
2. Half Nun
3. Yellow dal tarka
4. Palak Paneer
5. Bhujia
6. Chilli Fish
7. Kheer
8. Salad ( Onion, cucumber), Achar, lemon pieces & green chilli

Saturday July 17, 2010: Dinner - 8:15PM- 9:00PM; $10 per person
1. Plain Rice with little peas
2. Garlic Nun
3. Rajma
4. Aloo Bhindi Sabji
5. Bhujia
6. Goat Meat
7. Gulab Jamun
8. Salad ( Onion, Cucumber, tomato), Achar, lemon & green chilli

Sunday July 18, 2010: - Lunch - 12:15 PM- 1:00PM; $10 per person
1. Sabjee Polao/Veg Biriani

4. Navaratan Korma
5. Chicken Curry
6. Tandoori Chicken
7. Gajar Haluwa
8. Salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot & Onions (separate)
